Today in our science portion of school we made Lava Lamps. No not real electric ones. We took vinegar, oil, food coloring and alka-seltzer to create them. The kids had fun and it was a great project out of our chemistry book. We are using Apologia for science this year and so far I am really liking it. Here are a few photos of how we made them.
